New Nordic Cuisine means to us that dishes are built to respect Nordic flavors, but we also bring a little twist to the dishes from other parts of the world. We trust in high-quality, responsible ingredients and use as much locally produced as possible. In the food we creatively combine different flavor combinations. 

Fun Dine means to us that we create an experience with food every day. Foundation of the experience is a passion for cooking, which is conveyed to the plate as a tasty visual story that highlights the ingredients. Food is above all an experience that gives you the opportunity to disconnect from the rest of the world for a brief moment, savoring great food in an atmospheric place with a relaxed atmosphere.
